HEAT INSULATION (CERAMIC)
Champion Ceramic Fibre Products are manufactured by a blend of Ceramic and
Organic Fibre.
The different forms of Ceramic Fibre
Products are: Yarn, Rope (Twisted/braided), Lagging Rope, Tubing Tape and
Cloth which are all available reinforced with either glass fibre (600°C)
or Stainless Steel (1200°C).
The ULTRA HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANT
Ceramic packings and textiles can be widely used under different
temperature conditions, to a maximum of 1200°C. These Asbestos-Free
products can be widely used as a thermal insulation in multiple
application industries such as STEEL,
SHIP BUILDING, AEROSPACE, GLASS
CHEMICAL, PETROCHEMICAL, NUCLEAR POWER, LIGHT AND HEAVY MACHINERY ETC.

Service Recommendation
The yarn is reinforced with either:

Glass-fibre (application temperature of 600°C.) or,
·
Stainless Steel (application temperature of 1260°C.)
