Product Description: A PURE PTFE yarn packing with no additive or
lubricants.The Packing is resilient, with low coefficient of friction,
dimensional stability, with minimum frictional heat.
Service: The packing is chemically inert. It is recommended for
oxygen service and oxidizing media, for pumps and valves, mixers,
agitators, concentrated acids, alkalies, aggressive vapours and gases. It
can also be used in food industry.
Temperature: -200°C to +280°C
Pressure: Upto 400 Bar
pH: 0 to 14
Not to be used on molten alkali metals & fluorine

Product Description: The packing is manufactured from PURE PTFE yarn
impregnated with PTFE dispersion by a special process. The packing has
dimensional stability, high compressibility and low coefficient of
friction.
Service: For valve, reciprocating rods, centrifugal pumps, mixers,
corrosive gases, acids and alkalies, ammonia, solvents, hydrocarbons, food
stuff and pharmaceutical industries.

IMPREGNATED YARN, treated with high temperature resisting lubricant. The
packing has compressibility, flexibility; dimensional stability & low
coefficient of friction.Fluids can be sealed with minimum off gland
pressure and heat build up.
Service: A reliable packing for valves, agitators, rotary and
reciprocating pumps in highly aggressive chemicals, corrosive liquids,
concentrated acids, alkalies, oils, solvents, gases, pharmaceuticals, and
foodstuff industries.

Description: This versatile high performance packing is plaited from
GRAPHITE FILLED PTFE YARN. Due to this unique combination this packing has
high thermal conductivity, low coefficient of thermal expansion,
lubricity, low friction, minimum shaft wear and universal chemical
resistance. The packing is non hardening.
Service: For centrifugal, rotary pumps, agitators, mixers and low
pressure valves, handling chemicals, caustics, acids, solvents, dyes,
white & black liquor, oils, pulp and paper, abrasive materials etc.
Temperature: -212°C to +280°C
Pressure: Upto 250 Bar

Not recommended for fluorine, strong oxidsing agents, fuming
nitric acid, oleum, aqua regia.

Product Description: This packing, constructed from HIGH TENSILE STRENGTH PTFE
YARN which incorporates high quality graphite particles for better heat
transfer .The constituents impart improved thermal conductivity heat
dissipation, lubricity, low thermal expansion and low coefficient of
friction.
Service: The packing is developed for high speed shafts in
rotating,reciporocatory and static services, valve stems, slurry and high
pressure applications against chemicals, acids and alkalies, oils, pulp
and paper etc.

Not recommended for fluorine, molten alkali metals, fuming nitric acid,

Product Description: A high purity carbon filament yarn packing having a good
thermal conductivity, flexibility, resiliency, elasticity and low
friction.
Service: The packing is for high speed, high temperature and
pressure applications in sealing boiler feed pumps, super heat steam,
agitators, mixers, digester, crytallizers, solvents, oils,non oxidising
mineral acids and alkalies. It is a good valve stem packing.
Temperature: -200°C to +600°C
Pressure: Upto 350 Bar

Not recommended for fluorine, nitric acid, aqua regia and strong oxidisers.

Product Description: Carbon Fibre is the style 38 reinforced with inconel
wire. This gives the packing high heat resistance and strength in high
pressure.
Service: For molten liquids, super steam, control valves steam
valves, power generation, chemical processing, organic acids, alkalies and
oils.
Temperature: -200°C to +950°C
Pressure: 600 to 700 Bar
pH: 1 to 12
Not recommended for strong oxidisers, concentrated nitric acid, aqua regia,
molten alkalies.

Product Description: The packing is a combination of tough high strength
ARAMID fibre yarn on corners and PTFE lubricated yarn on the sides. The
positioning of tough ARAMID yarn with negligible friction of PTFE yarn
renders the packing best suited for high pressure rotating and
reciprocating applications. The packing constituents have very low thermal
expansion, good dimensional stability and creep resistance under high
pressure applications.
Service: Best for sealing wide range of slurry and high pressure
pumps, agitators, valves, mixers, in chemicals, acids, alkalies, most
gases, petroleum fertilizers oils, steam, aromatic solvents, ammonia and
carbamate services.
Temperature: -200°C to +280°C
Pressure Upto: 500 Bar
pH: 2 to 12
Not recommended for oxygen and oxidant alcohol. Preferred use against
abrasive media in slurries,mixers and agitators.

Product Description: A combination of tough ARAMID fibre in the corner and
core strands and PTFE GRAPHITE yarn on the seam strands. This structure
generates maximum resistance to extrusion; simultaneously the graphite
PTFE yarn on the sides of the packing imparts thermal conductivity and
lubricity for cooler shaft running.
Service: Best for applications on abrasive fluids and slurries in
centrifugal and reciprocating pump at high temperature and under high
pressure for acids, alkalies, organic and inorganic solvents, chemicals,
sewage water, oils, gases, paper and pulp mills.
